NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00 A.M. PACIFIC TIME ON OCTOBER 8, 2026, AND ENDS AT 4:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME ON OCTOBER 10, 2026.
1. SPONSOR
The sponsor of the 2026 Troy Lee Designs Red Bull Rampage Helmet Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is Troy Lee Designs (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law.
Residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are not eligible to participate.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers, as well as their immediate family members and members of their household, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 A.M. Pacific Time on October 8, 2026 and ends at 4:00 P.M. Pacific Time on October 10, 2026(“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter.
A. Online Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit:

Complete the online entry form with your name and email address and submit the form by clicking “Enter Now.”
B. Alternate Method of Entry — No Purchase Necessary
To enter without using the online entry form, send an email to:

The email subject line must state:
2026 TROY LEE DESIGNS RED BULL RAMPAGE HELMET SWEEPSTAKES — ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY
The email must include:
- Full name
- Complete mailing address
- Telephone number
- Valid email address
- Date of birth or an attestation that the entrant is at least 18 years of age
- A statement indicating that the entrant wishes to enter the 2026 Troy Lee Designs Red Bull Rampage Helmet Sweepstakes
The email must be received by Sponsor before the Sweepstakes Deadline.
Each eligible alternate-method email received during the Sweepstakes Period will constitute one entry.
The alternate method of entry is available at no cost and provides the same odds of winning as an online entry.
5. ENTRY LIMIT
Each person may enter up to four (4) times during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry.
Limit four (4) total entries per person.
Entries received in excess of the stated limit, or entries generated by automated means, scripts, bots, or other unauthorized methods, will be void.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple identities, email addresses, registrations, or other methods may result in disqualification.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, corrupted, or otherwise invalid entries.
6. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase an entrant's odds of winning.
The free alternate method of entry described above provides an equal opportunity to participate in the Sweepstakes.
7. PRIZE
There will be ONE (1) winner.
The winner will receive:
One (1) 2026 Troy Lee Designs Red Bull Rampage Helmet.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $850.00.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or a cash equivalent.
No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Only one prize will be awarded.
9. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will take place on or about October 10, 2026.
The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or an independent administrator selected by Sponsor.
The decisions of Sponsor and/or the administrator are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information provided at the time of entry.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release within the time period specified by Sponsor.
If the potential winner:
- Cannot be contacted;
- Does not respond within 48 hours of notification;
- Is determined to be ineligible;
- Fails to complete required documentation; or
- Cannot accept the prize for any reason,
the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, or other contact information that occurs after entry.
11. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.
12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:
- Participation in the Sweepstakes;
- Any technical or other malfunction;
- Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize; or
- Any claim based on publicity rights, privacy rights, defamation, or intellectual property rights.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, attempts to manipulate the Sweepstakes, or engages in fraudulent or deceptive conduct.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, administrative errors, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated, Sponsor may, where permitted by law, conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received before the termination date.
Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, administrative, technical, network, telephone, computer, or other errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes.
Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any person responsible for such conduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy:

By entering, participants acknowledge that Sponsor may collect and process their personal information for purposes related to administering the Sweepstakes.
Participants may also receive Troy Lee Designs marketing communications where permitted by law. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the State of Utah, except where prohibited by applicable law.
