Analytics. We use analytics tools including Google Analytics to analyze how you interact with our website. Online Advertising. Our website collects information about you in order to target advertisements to you when you browse the internet or use social media. One of the tool we use for this purpose is Google Ads, which is an advertising service provided by Google. Google uses cookies and other identifiers, in combination with their own data, to show you ads based on your usage of our website. Do Not Track Signals. Our website does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals sent by browsers, mobile devices, or other mechanisms.
Chat Features. We may offer interactive chat features on our Service to assist you with customer service. When you participate in an interactive chat, either with a virtual or live agent, the contents of the chat may be captured and kept as a transcript. Targeted Advertising, Sales, and Sharing of Personal Information. Although we do not sell personal information in exchange for money , some of the ways in which we share personal information for targeted advertising or analytics may be considered “sales” or “sharing” under US state privacy laws . Listed below are the categories of personal information we share for purposes of targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising or otherwise “sell” for non-monetary consideration:

The types of third parties to which personal information is sold or shared are third-party advertisers and some analytics vendors. The purposes for which we sell/share this information include: showing you relevant ads while you browse the internet or use social media, marketing, advertising, certain types of analytics, or similar purposes. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. Our uses of your personal information are not sales under Nevada law. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
This section supplements the other parts of our Policy and provides disclosures for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”).
Right to Opt Out of Sales and Sharing of Personal Information. You may also opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information through an opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control. Right to Know. California residents have the right to request more information regarding the following:

Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information. California residents have the right to request the deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Where we use deidentification to satisfy a deletion request, we commit to maintaining and using the information in deidentified form and will not attempt to reidentify the information.
Right to Request Correction of Inaccurate Personal Information. If you believe that personal information we maintain about you is inaccurate, you may submit a request for us to correct that information. Upon receipt of a verifiable request to correct inaccurate personal information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the information as you direct.
How to Submit a CCPA Request. You may submit a request (as described above) through our webform or by calling us at (800) 239-6566. In connection with submission of your request to know, request to delete, or request to correct, you will be asked to provide 2-3 pieces of personal information that we will match against our records to verify your identity. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; however, you will still need to verify your identity directly with us before your request can be processed. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf using our webform or toll-free number.
Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of Your Privacy Rights. If you choose to exercise any of your privacy rights under the CCPA, you also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us.
California’s “Shine the Light” Law. California residents may ask Troy Lee Designs to provide a list of all third parties to which we have disclosed personal information, as defined under California Civil Code Section 1798.83(e) (a/k/a the “Shine the Light” law), during the preceding year for third-party direct marketing purposes.
PRIVACY RIGHTS FOR CONSUMERS IN OTHER COVERED STATES
This section supplements the other parts of our Privacy Policy and provides additional information for consumers who live in Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.
Right to Access and Data Portability. You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal information, to access your personal information, and to obtain a copy of personal information you provided to us in a portable format. Oregon consumers may also request a list of third parties to which we disclosed personal information.
Right to Request Correction of Inaccurate Personal Information. You have the right to request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal information, taking into account the nature of the personal information and our purposes for processing it.
Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information. Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to request that we delete your personal information.
Right to Opt Out. You have the right to opt out of the following uses of your personal information: (a) targeted advertising; (b) the sale of personal information; and (c) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning your economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money or engage in practices that qualify as profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects under applicable state privacy law. Right to Appeal. Sometimes we are unable to process requests relating to your personal information, in which case, your request will be denied. If your privacy rights request has previously been denied by us and you believe we denied it in error, you may appeal for reconsideration of your request using the webform or toll-free number provided below.

Please note that we may need to authenticate your identity before your request can be processed. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR LOYALTY PROGRAM
California Notice of Financial Incentive. From time to time, we offer coupons, specials, or other discounts to consumers who have opted-in to the receipt of promotional communications from us by providing us with certain personal information. Our loyalty program provides you with the opportunity to earn points when you purchase our products or interact with us online. We provide these benefits because we appreciate your interest in our products.
Material Terms. The details of each offer vary, but in general, we invite you to provide us with your email address or cell phone number, and we will provide you with discount codes or coupons. We also offer a loyalty program, the World’s Fastest Loyalty Program , that provides benefits such as rewards points and discounts, special offers, and other benefits to those who choose to participate. Participation requires you to provide some personal information to us, such as Identifiers, Personal Records, and Commercial Information. The incentives associated with our loyalty program are designed to reward loyal customers based on certain purchases and other activities such as connecting with us on social media or reviewing our products.
How To Opt In. You can opt in to our coupons, specials, and offers using a prompt on our website. To sign up for our loyalty program, please click here.
Right to Withdraw. You have the right to withdraw from our loyalty program and other financial incentives at any time. You may withdraw from our loyalty program by contacting our customer service team at customerservice@troyleedesigns.com. You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us by clicking on the Unsubscribe link contained in our marketing emails, following the instructions contained in our text messages, or contacting us using the contact information provided below.
Value of Financial Incentive. The value of the benefits provided under our loyalty program varies as individual members take advantage of the program benefits to different degrees. For example, loyalty program members earn points for each dollar they spend. Members who reach our Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers can unlock additional benefits such as free expedited shipping, points multipliers, and access to additional offers. We have made a good faith estimate that the value of consumers’ personal information provided in connection with our loyalty program is equivalent to the relevant expenses related to the collection and storage of that personal information . The incentives we offer in exchange for the opportunity to market to you generally consist of coupons, discounts, or other similar benefits. Details of the incentives will vary but are explained in each offer. Any difference in price or benefits provided to customers who participate in our loyalty program or other financial incentives is reasonably related to the value of the personal information provided, taking account of the fact that the primary purpose of our financial incentives is to offer discounts and other benefits to our loyal customers.
Loyalty Program Disclosures for Colorado Residents. The purpose of this section is to notify Colorado consumers about how we use personal information in connection with our loyalty program. You have the right to delete your personal information associated with your loyalty program account; however, if you delete your personal information, we will be unable to link your rewards to your account, and therefore you will be unable to receive benefits from the program.

OUR SERVICE IS NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN
Our Service is neither intended for, nor targeted to, children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at customerservice@troyleedesigns.com, and we will delete such information in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and other applicable laws.
