ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR LOYALTY PROGRAM

California Notice of Financial Incentive. From time to time, we offer coupons, specials, or other discounts to consumers who have opted-in to the receipt of promotional communications from us by providing us with certain personal information. Our loyalty program provides you with the opportunity to earn points when you purchase our products or interact with us online. We provide these benefits because we appreciate your interest in our products.

Material Terms. The details of each offer vary, but in general, we invite you to provide us with your email address or cell phone number, and we will provide you with discount codes or coupons. We also offer a loyalty program, the World’s Fastest Loyalty Program, that provides benefits such as rewards points and discounts, special offers, and other benefits to those who choose to participate. Participation requires you to provide some personal information to us, such as Identifiers, Personal Records, and Commercial Information. The incentives associated with our loyalty program are designed to reward loyal customers based on certain purchases and other activities such as connecting with us on social media or reviewing our products.

How To Opt In. You can opt in to our coupons, specials, and offers using a prompt on our website. To sign up for our loyalty program, please click here.

Value of Financial Incentive. The value of the benefits provided under our loyalty program varies as individual members take advantage of the program benefits to different degrees. For example, loyalty program members earn points for each dollar they spend. Members who reach our Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers can unlock additional benefits such as free expedited shipping, points multipliers, and access to additional offers. The incentives we offer in exchange for the opportunity to market to you generally consist of coupons, discounts, or other similar benefits. Details of the incentives will vary but are explained in each offer. Any difference in price or benefits provided to customers who participate in our loyalty program or other financial incentives is reasonably related to the value of the personal information provided, taking account of the fact that the primary purpose of our financial incentives is to offer discounts and other benefits to our loyal customers.
