POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Troy Lee Designs. The Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our product lines, focusing on delivering top-tier performance gear and helmets for mountain biking and motocross enthusiasts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Analysis & Consumer Insights:
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor products to inform product development and positioning strategies.
- Utilize customer feedback and insights to continuously improve products and address market demands.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-through.

- Support development of a product strategy that aligns with Troy Lee Designs' brand values and market goals.

- Work with the design team to guide the product development process from concept through to launch, working closely with design, marketing, and sales teams.

- Oversee the development of detailed product specifications, ensuring all products meet performance, quality, and cost objectives.
- Assist the marketing team with go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, promotional plans, keys stories, and sales meetings.

- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor product performance post-launch, including sales, customer feedback, and market reception.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to product strategy as needed.
- Prepare and present product performance reports to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the sports or outdoor apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of mountain biking, motocross, and/or action sports gear markets preferred.
- Is highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Practiced presentation skills for presenting to large groups.

POSITION SUMMARY
As the Corporate Accountant, you will oversee day-to-day activities of the corporate entities. The responsibilities will include ownership corporate reconciliations, fixed assets, miscellaneous tax reporting, as well as looking for opportunities to streamline and optimize department functions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile and manage the Company's financial budgets versus actuals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Post bi-weekly payroll entries based on ADP payroll reports prepared by Human Resources and related postings, including monthly vacation accrual and wages accrual.
- Manage banking relationships and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity.
- Monitor and establish accounting policies to control expenses and ensure financial stability and sustainability.
- Manage and handle financial audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage the Company’s Nexonia expense reporting tool, follow up with users to complete their monthly expense, ensure expenses are coded appropriately and post monthly Nexonia entries in NetSuite.
- Complete the monthly credit card accrual reconciliation (First Bank and Amex).
- Record merchant credit card fees – download fees and send to AP to post the vendor bill.
- Maintain the Company’s fixed asset and intangibles registers and identify when assets in Construction in Process should be placed into service. Perform all fixed asset and intangibles related journal entries including depreciation.
- Analyze and code IT consultant invoices for capital projects vs. expense and provide coded invoices to AP for data entry and payment.
- Reconcile the Company’s US disbursement and operating cash accounts.
- Manage the Company’s Amazon bi-weekly settlements and post all related journal entries.
- Manage tax setup within Avalara for new states and manage tickets with Avalara for getting prior period filings prepared and filed.
- Reconcile the USA Sales Taxes Payable accounts and perform the monthly Avalara sales reporting import.
- Manage the Loop returns process and update coding for tax variances.
- Manage accounting for gift cards and store credits.
- Reconcile deferred rent account and ensure they are accurately stated.
- Prepare and analyze budget versus actual analyses for the following business units: Marketing, Admin, Laguna, Paint and Troy.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of AP and AR functions, bookkeeping, accounting, and financial audits.
- Managing debts and other financial instruments to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Reconciling Debt, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Allowance for Doubtful Accounts and various prepaid, accrued and equipment lease balance sheet accounts and perform analyses to ensure that balances are accurately stated.
- Managing tax matters to ensure compliance and minimize tax liability.
- Developing and tracking financial KPIs to measure the Company's financial performance.
- Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Accounts Payable
Location: Corona, CA

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00
SUMMARY
Under general supervision the Account Payable (AP) Specialist is responsible for maintaining an environment that is customer focused with a standard of excellence as it relates to timeliness, integrity and overall work as it pertains to processing payments on invoices, paying vendors and collecting on accounts receivables.
In this role the AP Specialist will perform data entry for expense invoices. To do this, you will use quick and accurate data entry techniques and follow up communication with relevant stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts Payable:
- Manage accounts payable for multiple subsidiaries using Net-Suite accounting software.
- Oversees yearly 1099 procedures and distributions by the required deadline
- Enter and process invoices into NetSuite ERP system.
- For expense invoices, ensure proper general ledger coding, both GL account and GL business unit and work with department managers to ensure only authorized invoices are paid.
- Electronically file vendor invoices on the corporate network and within NetSuite attached to the relevant bill record.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Ensure bills are entered and paid in a timely and accurate manner as part of the weekly payment processing run.
- Enter and match bill payments that have been processed through the bank against the related bill in the account’s payable sub-ledger.
- Prepare 1099’s each year by the required deadline.
- Assist with various ad-hoc duties, reports and projects as requested by finance management.
- Implement process improvements.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Generally, requires a minimum of three (3) years prior experience in collections and payment processing. Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills. Knowledge and competency using NetSuite a plus.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited College/University a plus or equivalent experience in related field preferred.

Territory Sales Representative - US and Canada Sales Territories

SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Territory Representative will work with Troy Lee Designs’, Director, Regional Group Sales and will act as the main point of contact for his/her assigned district. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional working relationship with authorized Dealers, internal partners, and retail customers alike with the objective of increasing sales and building the dealer network. You will ensure that the company's products and services are represented in a quality manner, for maximum customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage processes that support the overall sales growth of the company and assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals and product quotas as established of assigned territory.
- Maintain an ongoing travel schedule to support new product presentations, new dealer set-ups, booking orders, daily fill orders, and dealer support.
- Serves as a point of contact for assigned territories providing excellent training and customer service for Troy Lee Designs and its portfolio of brands.
- Meetings with Directors on a regular basis for guidance, status updates, and to aid in the progression of meeting company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and contact prospective customers in select markets.
- Maintain open and direct communication with the Group Sales Director and Inside Sales Manager while working together to resolve dealer issues.
- Provides necessary feedback to Directors and other internal Departments.
- Direct communication with customers and assist in resolving problems.
- Close and follow-up on sales transactions
- Network and build relationships with new and existing client base.
- Assess individual dealer needs and suggest how Troy Lee Designs products can meet their requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 3 years of experience working in the Bicycle or Powersports industry.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Successful management of product samples and sample accounts
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred.
