Job Title: Sr Industrial Designer of Protection
Location: Corona, CA
Pay Range: $110,000 -$123,600.00 (exempt)
Reports to: Sr. Director, Global Creative Design
SUMMARY
Troy Lee Designs, the world’s leading aspirational brand of bicycle and motocross helmets and apparel, is looking for a Sr. Industrial Designer of Protection. The Sr. Designer for soft and hard apparel Protection will lead all aspects of the design process for TLD from inception through buy ready completion. This position is responsible for creating an innovative and proprietary protection product line that will differentiate itself in the motocross and mountain bike markets and create an incremental growth opportunity for the Troy Lee Designs brand.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all design aspects for introduction of new protection product line for bike and moto.
- Partner with bike and moto Product Manager with establishing a proprietary design strategy, direction, and design language for the entire product line, in order to create a proprietary position and maximize commercial opportunity.
- Design best in class innovative protection that solves the demanding needs of our riders.
- Full execution of transformation from product line direction into technical designs for entire product line.
- Lead and maintain full execution of design and product development process from start to final buy ready status.
- Design and develop and all trims, packaging, and manuals for all in category models each season
- Manage comprehensive product development milestones to insure on-time delivery of quality product that is ready to go-to-market.
- Monitor and maintain the development communication with vendors each day, style by style.
- Monitor fabric and trim development, tracking responsibilities, and approval process to achieve product and calendar requirements.
- Manage and monitor communication with vendor s regarding each applicable product style throughout the development cycle.
- Manage tracking, comments, and calendar related to all product phases (Protos, SMS, PPS, TOP).
- Address styling & fit comments during development (in conjunction with Designers).
- Ensure all raw materials are compliant and meet necessary requirements.
- Work with Product Line Manager on product line strategy specific to architecture, pricing strategies, and profitability targets to ensure strong revenue and gross margin targets.
- Work closely with supply chain on product development, raw material development, certification testing, R&D requirements, etc.
- Work with key athletes on product development and testing to ensure product meets all expected requirements.
- Assist in product meetings at all stages from product creation through go-to market.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7 years’ plus of industrial design experience.
- Significant knowledge, involvement, and understanding of the mountain-bike and motocross markets.
- Significant knowledge and usage of design software such as Illustrator, Solidworks, Creative Cloud etc.
- Excellent knowledge of graphic design.

Custom Painter / Air Brush Artist

Job Title: Custom Painter/Airbrush Artist
Location: Corona, CA
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE)
Reports to: Manager, Paint Shop
SUMMARY
Troy Lee Designs, the leading brand in Off-Road Moto and Mountain Bike gear, protection, and accessories, is looking for a Custom Painter / Airbrush Artist to join our elite paint team. Our Artists are responsible for creating high quality custom paint jobs, graphics, and airbrush designs for pro-athletes and retails customers.
- Accurately reproduce a painted design or illustration via sketched drawings.
- Mix and apply paint to ensure proper paint coverage.
- Ability to work on curved surfaces with tape, stencils and paint masks.
- Create freehand designs to produce finished products, as portrayed in production drawings and renderings.
- Prep and repair different types of surfaces, including filling and sanding imperfections.
- Maintain accurate records of labor time and materials used.
- Use, maintain, and clean airbrushes, paint guns, and other paint shop equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while observing and implementing proper safety practices.
- Assist other Artists with Maintaining Paint spray booth and other shop equipment.
- Follow the daily and weekly schedule while prioritizing projects in order to meet deadlines.
- Timely communication with other departments regarding questions and concerns surrounding quality, timeline and/or other work-related issues.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have previous experience with prepping, sanding and repairing surfaces, masking, mixing and spraying various primers and paints.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to use and/or operate basic hand tools (manual and power-driven).
- General mechanical aptitude.
- Ability and willingness to follow directions and be a team player.
- Ability to work independently as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop is a plus!

Job Title:Manager, Global eCommerce & Digital Operations
Location: Corona, CA
Pay Range: $125K to $175K DOE
Reports to: Director, eCommerce & Digital Operations
SUMMARY
As the Global eCommerce Manager, you will be fully responsible for driving revenue, ensuring profitability, and delivering a seamless, optimized user journey from discovery to checkout. With end-to-end accountability, you will lead our digital strategy, manage site performance, conduct data-driven optimizations, and oversee quality assurance testing. You will also ensure digital and physical assets align with eCommerce goals, working with in-house or outsourced resources as needed. Success is measured by clear KPIs, and you’ll have full access to inventory, a substantial budget, and a supportive team to execute the vision. Reporting to the CEO, you will provide regular, detailed updates on all eCommerce activities, allowing for alignment on goals and outcomes.
- Revenue Growth & Profitability: Oversee all aspects of eCommerce to ensure the division is not only driving sales but is consistently profitable. Utilize tools like Triple Whale and work closely with our accounting team to track profitability on campaigns, promotions, and product sales. You’ll ensure every promo and discount aligns with financial goals, balancing growth and profitability.
- User Journey Optimization: Take full responsibility for the user journey, ensuring every touchpoint—from landing to checkout—is intuitive, frictionless, and designed for maximum engagement. Conduct rigorous market analysis and quality assurance testing to identify and address pain points, optimizing all aspects of the user experience.
- UI/UX Oversight: While not directly responsible for UI/UX design, you will oversee the user experience, ensuring the design team’s work meets the highest standards of functionality and aesthetic appeal. Implement A/B testing and iterate based on data-driven insights to enhance site usability and overall user satisfaction.
- Market Analysis & Quality Assurance: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand where users excel or disengage. Utilize insights to refine the digital experience, minimize bounce rates, and drive conversions. Oversee regular quality assurance tests to ensure seamless site performance and to proactively address potential user challenges.
- Asset Coordination: Collaborate closely with social media and media teams to determine website needs, such as videos, photoshoots, and digital assets. Be proactive in securing these assets, utilizing in-house resources or securing approval for outsourcing as needed. There will be no excuses for missing digital or physical assets required to achieve department goals.
- Marketing Strategy & Performance: Develop and execute marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, SMS, and social media. Optimize ROAS, CTR, and overall conversion rates through data-driven campaigns, adapting quickly to market trends and performance insights.
- 3PL & Logistics Management: Oversee all aspects of 3PL, shipping, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. Maintain a proactive approach, regularly assessing and adjusting logistics strategies to optimize pricing, delivery timeframes, and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide weekly or more frequent reports to the C-suite detailing eCommerce performance, challenges, and opportunities. Collaborate with the accounting team to produce financial insights and maintain transparency on profitability, cost of goods, and overall ROI. Your reports will outline what has been done, what’s in progress, and future plans, creating a clear roadmap for department goals.
- Product Development Collaboration: While primary product development is driven by our brand, you will have ample opportunity to contribute insights and feedback to refine or develop new products that drive eCommerce growth. As a direct report to the CEO, your contributions directly influence product success, enabling mutual growth through potential profit-sharing.
- Team Building & Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and grow an eCommerce team, taking full ownership of all digital initiatives. Work closely with product development, operations, and customer service to ensure flawless campaign rollouts, coordinated product launches, and a unified brand message.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Generally, requires a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of progressively responsible experience in eCommerce, ideally in the Moto and Bike Industry. Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills. Systems knowledge in Shopify, Asana, and Amazon. NetSuite is a plus.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in related field preferred.
