POSITION SUMMARY
The Jr. Graphic Designer will design and create compelling marketing materials, edit product photography for high-quality output, and support marketing and other departments with various graphic design and creative concepting needs. Troy Lee Designs is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer with advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. You’ll be a critical contributor to the visual identity of an industry-defining brand and be responsible for bringing to life the creative direction of Troy Lee Designs.
This position requires a critical eye for graphic design and photography, innate technical skills, and the ability to encapsulate the Graphic Design Directors creative vision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design digital images and marketing materials for social media and other platforms.
- Collaborate on layout, typography, and photography decisions.
- Conduct market research to inform design strategies.
- Take direction from senior staff and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Adhere to project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work on diverse projects including illustrations, point-of-purchase displays, retail materials, catalogs, and event graphics.
- Generate fresh concepts that align with brand identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
- Consult with the design team to maintain cohesive brand representation.
- Stay current with industry developments and design trends.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.
- Assist in the development of brand identities, including logos, color schemes, and typography.

- Support the design process by preparing presentations and mockups for internal and client reviews.
- Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Organize and maintain design files and assets in an orderly manner.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for design.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
- Knowledge or experience in the action sports industry is strongly preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
As the Global Business Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the optimization and streamlining our sales processes and operations to drive growth and enhance the customer experience. This position is responsible for assisting with enhancing global sales operations, ensuring efficient order management, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Process Optimization:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Territory Sales Representative - US and Canada Sales Territories

SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Territory Representative will work with Troy Lee Designs’, Director, Regional Group Sales and will act as the main point of contact for his/her assigned district. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional working relationship with authorized Dealers, internal partners, and retail customers alike with the objective of increasing sales and building the dealer network. You will ensure that the company's products and services are represented in a quality manner, for maximum customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage processes that support the overall sales growth of the company and assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals and product quotas as established of assigned territory.
- Maintain an ongoing travel schedule to support new product presentations, new dealer set-ups, booking orders, daily fill orders, and dealer support.
- Serves as a point of contact for assigned territories providing excellent training and customer service for Troy Lee Designs and its portfolio of brands.
- Meetings with Directors on a regular basis for guidance, status updates, and to aid in the progression of meeting company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and contact prospective customers in select markets.
- Maintain open and direct communication with the Group Sales Director and Inside Sales Manager while working together to resolve dealer issues.
- Provides necessary feedback to Directors and other internal Departments.
- Direct communication with customers and assist in resolving problems.
- Close and follow-up on sales transactions
- Network and build relationships with new and existing client base.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 3 years of experience working in the Bicycle or Powersports industry.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Successful management of product samples and sample accounts
