Position Summary

Join Troy Lee Designs this summer for a paid, hands-on work experience supporting key business functions, including Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Graphic Design, Sales Support, E-Commerce, Product Planning, and Product Development.

This opportunity is designed for motivated college students seeking real-world exposure and meaningful project contributions under the guidance of experienced team members. Participants may work up to 30 hours per week, with schedules varying based on business needs.

This program is open to currently enrolled full-time college students.

Key Responsibilities (Examples)

Finance/Accounting

  • Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, data entry, and basic analytics

Human Resources

  • Support recruiting efforts, onboarding processes, employee records maintenance, and special projects

Marketing/Graphic Design

  • Assist with rider support, content creation, market research, and performance analytics

Product Planning/Product Development

  • Support procurement activities, forecasting, sample coordination, and product review processes

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in an accredited college or university
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Eagerness to learn; dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to work up to 30 hours per week between June 2026 and August 2026
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Professional communication style with a hospitality mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
