Crack visor
"Hello Troy Lee Designs team, Troy Lee helmets have always been the helmet choice for my two boys. We purchased two brand new helmets this season, and once again we absolutely love them. Your helmets have protected their heads multiple times over the years, and we truly trust your brand. I was wondering if there is any warranty coverage for a helmet visor that cracked in half during my son’s first fall with the helmet. Would it be possible to ship a replacement visor or offer any accommodation? Also, I wanted to share that we recently received feedback from Troylee mentioning that our boys will definitely be on the radar for next season as potential members of the Troy Lee family, and we were strongly encouraged to send in an application. The boys are incredibly excited about that opportunity.
