"Purchased this last minute for my kiddo before his DH race @ Sea Otter classic. Ordered on Sunday as we were leaving g Thursday and needed it delivered by Wednesday. The item qualified for free ground shipping but ground is not guaranteed so I requested 2 day air for an additional 25.00. It was still shipped ground and made it on time however I was still billed 25.00 for ground shipping that would have been free. I then emailed customer service on 4/17 and have not heard a thing. Last TLD purchase for my grom rider who eats sleeps and breathes bikes. Product is good but we will not be buying anything else based off of this experience. There’s lots of great choices for smaller riders these day. Bummed that your CS could t figure it out."
