INTERNATIONAL SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Troy Lee Designs, the world’s leading aspirational brand of Bicycle and Motocross helmets and apparel, is looking for an energetic and qualified International Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. The International Sales Administrative Assistant will work closely with the International Sales Director and will be a liaison between but not limited to International Sales and the supporting departments such as: Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, Accounting, and International Distributor Partners. Additionally, the International Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative details with all international distributors. The International Sales Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining high customer satisfaction by acting as a liaison between the Sales team and B2B Customers, providing product/services information, resolving any emerging problems, and supporting both Global and European sales with daily tasks, shipments of orders, returns and special handling requests. Lastly, the International Sales Administrative Assistant will need to work closely with Merchandising on WIP reports, stay on top of the document flow between the vendor, Merchandising, Accounting and the distributor freight forwarder.

• Coordinate Payments for US and DS orders for pre-paid distributors.
• Track warranty credits.
• Track growth rebate credits.
• Track marketing Co-op dollars
• Manage inventory updates – i.e. drop product and updated part numbers
• Manage the communication of XF dates and estimated arrival times with all distributors for all respective departments.
• Update processes and procedures as needed.
• Reviewing and distributing drop ship info and price lists.
• Upload dropship orders into NetSuite
• Communicate dropship and US order confirmations.
• Communicate all Bicycle and Moto collection information.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Go the extra mile when engaging with the customer.
• Manage and communicate on sale dates and go to market dates
• Provide distributors with all marketing assets by way of Smugmug, FTP and communication hub.
• Coordinate shipping instructions with distributors.
• Provide logistics team with distributors shipping instructions.

Protection Product Developer

Troy Lee Designs, the world’s leading aspirational brand of bicycle and motocross helmets and apparel, is looking for a Protection Product Developer. The Product Developer for Protection will lead all aspects of the development process for TLD protection from inception through buy ready completion. This position is responsible for creating, supporting design, and product management to create an innovative and proprietary protection product line that will differentiate itself in the motocross and mountain bike markets and create an incremental growth opportunity for the TLD brand.

• Drive all development functions from inception through go to market for the introduction of an all new protection product line for bike and moto that releases in 2022.
• Partner with Development leadership and Bike and Moto PM’s to establish a proprietary product strategy and direction for the entire product line in order to create a proprietary position and maximize commercial opportunity.
• Partner with design team on full execution of product development process from start to final buy ready status.
• Work alongside TLD teams to ensure protection product line includes key TLD DNA ingredients.
• Work with PLM’s on product line strategy specific to architecture, pricing strategies, and profitability targets to ensure strong revenue and gross margin targets.
• Full execution of construction documentation for entire product line.
• Manage development calendar to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Tracking of all development from design handover through buy ready status.
• Work closely with supply chain/vendor base on product development, raw material development, testing, R&D requirements, etc.
• Work with key athletes on product development and testing to ensure product meets all expected requirements.
• Assist in product meetings at all stages from product creation through go to market.

The Senior Designer for Protection will lead all aspects of the design process for TLD protection from inception through buy ready completion. This position is responsible for creating an innovative and proprietary protection product line that will differentiate itself in the motocross and mountain bike markets and create an incremental growth opportunity for the TLD brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead all design aspects for introduction of all new protection product line for bike and moto that releases in 2022.
• Partner with Bike and Moto PM’s with establishing a proprietary design strategy, direction, and design language for the entire product line, in order to create a proprietary position and maximize commercial opportunity.
• Full execution of transformation from product line direction into technical designs for entire product line.
• Partner with development team on full execution of product development process from start to final buy ready status.
• Work alongside TLD design teams in apparel and helmets to ensure protection product line includes key TLD DNA ingredients.
• Work with PLM’s on product line strategy specific to architecture, pricing strategies, and profitability targets to ensure strong revenue and gross margin targets.
• Work closely with supply chain on product development, raw material development, testing, R&D requirements, etc.
• Work with key athletes on product development and testing to ensure product meets all expected requirements.
• Assist in leading product meetings at all stages from product creation through go to market.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ plus of industrial design experience.
• Significant knowledge, involvement, and understanding of the mountain bike and motocross markets.
• Significant knowledge and usage of design software such as Illustrator, Solidworks, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of graphic design.
• Excellent knowledge on completion of construction documentation specific to design.
