Position: Graphic Designer

Protection/Helmet Product Developer

  • Work with PLM’s on product line strategy specific to architecture, pricing strategies, and profitability targets to ensure strong revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Full execution of construction documentation (BOM, CBD, technical files) for entire product line.
  • Manage development calendar to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Tracking of all development activities from design handover through buy ready status.
  • Work closely with supply chain/ vendor base on product development, raw material development, physical and material testing, R&D requirements, etc...
  • Lead communication with key athletes on product development and testing to ensure product meets all expected requirements.
  • Assist in product meetings at all stages from product creation through go to market..

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of product development, engineering, (sourcing a plus)
  • Experience with overseas and or mass manufacturing sites.

  • Responsible for digital copywriting projects related to the consumer, online partners, b2b, and Amazon digital presence.
  • Take input from the internal merchandising, creative, and design team to write inspiring, unique, accurate, and helpful product descriptions and page copy for TLD products.
  • Seek input from TLD dealers and customers to create merchandising copy that resonates with current and potential customers with a strong SEO component.
  • Research of industry trends and the creation of relevant copy appropriate for the TLD brand.

Custom Painter/ Airbrush Artist

The Custom Painter/ Airbrush Artist will be responsible for creating quality custom painting, graphics, and airbrush designs for the TLD Paint Department. In this role, you will also be responsible for working with stencils, masks, and creating freehand designs to produce product, as portrayed in production drawings and illustrations. We are looking for someone with an attention to detail, who can bring drawings and renderings to life. The role will require creating quality work in a timely fashion, in order to deliver the best products to TLD customers. Teamwork is a necessity in working collaboratively with other TLD artists, paint team, designers, project managers, and coworkers. Candidates must have previous experience with prepping and repairing surfaces, applying paint and top coat, and upholding paint equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities (Include But Are Not Limited To):
  • Mix and apply paint to ensure proper paint coverage.
  • Accurately reproduce the design/illustration per detailed drawings.
  • Use, maintain, and clean airbrushes, air guns, pressure pots, and other TLD equipment as required.
  • Prep and repair any differences in surface, including filling and sanding imperfections.
  • Maintain accurate records of labor time and materials used.
