Position Overview:

Duties & Responsibilities (Include But Are Not Limited To):
- Responsible for Department P&L as well as measuring the effectiveness and ROI specific to all marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute global brand marketing initiatives, in support of the overarching brand strategies.
- Drive global brand and marketing strategies that effectively build brand awareness, perceive brand quality, and set the TLD brand ahead of its competitors.
- Align brand vision to strategy and long-term business goals.
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies and communication plans.
- Key stakeholder for go-to-market brand plans, including product launch plans, product news, marketing, In-store POP and promotional plans.
- Develop and manage the product marketing calendar, briefings, and coordination for all brand initiatives, including alignment with wholesale, distributor, and direct channels.
- Manage relationships, contracts and sponsorship deals related to ambassadors, athletes, agents, race teams and media partners.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to support development of content, marketing stories, and materials.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on creative content, how to best align seasonal assets, and utilize for all channels.
- Assist with development of product and brand positioning in the marketplace.
- Manage global marketing budget in close partnership with the CFO.
- Manage the global marketing calendars in close partnership with product and sales teams.
- Strong partnership with digital marketing and ecommerce teams to align brand tone and achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop the digital marketing and social media strategies for the brand across campaigns, driving clear decision-making and key stakeholder alignment.
- Devise and deliver a sustainable Omni-channel marketing strategy, including retail, wholesale, ecommerce, and loyalty marketing.
- Drive content creation and campaigns based strategic plans.
- Manage regular communication throughout global regions and ensure global consistency across all consumer touch points.
- Lead and regularly update global teams through brand vision and sharing of best practices.
- Develop brand tone of voice for each consumer, media, and social channels.
- Optimize marketing efforts and spend, for maximum ROI against target consumers.
- Ensure all marketing materials provide consistent and clear messaging of brand positioning.
- Select and manage the right creative agencies and freelance talent, in addition to briefing them and safeguarding top quality execution and alignment with global standards.
- Identify key success factors in plans, closely monitor business performance across functional areas, and make changes to business plans and strategy as necessary.
- Capture and synthesize all learning from internal and external market research and incorporate intelligence on trends over time into development of brand strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activity.
Compensatory Package :
- Salary: Your base compensation will range from $120K to $140K annually, DOE.
- Bonus: Will be 20% of your base pay and will be based on individual and company performance.
- Phone Allowance: You will receive a $50.00 a month cell phone allowance.

International Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator

The International Sales Operation & Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the International Sales Manager and International Sales Director and will liaison between other departments such as Marketing, Operations, Accounting and Merchandising. This role will be responsible for all administrative details within the International Sales department.

Troy Lee Designs, the world’s leading aspirational brand of Bicycle and Motocross helmets, apparel, and protection is looking for an energetic and qualified International Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator. The International Sales Operation & Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the International Sales Manager and International Sales Director and will liaison between other departments such as Marketing, Operations, Accounting and Merchandising. This role will be responsible for all administrative details within the International Sales department.
This role will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining high customer satisfaction by acting as a liaison to the Sales Team and B2B customers, providing product and service information, resolving any problems and supporting the International Sales team with daily tasks, shipments of orders, returns and special handling requests. This position will need to work closely with Merchandising on WIP reports, factories on shipping documents and accounting on payment.
Duties & Responsibilities (Include But Are Not Limited To):
- Coordinate payments for US and drop ship orders for prepaid customers.
- Track warranty credits.
- Track growth rebate credits.
- Track Marketing Co-Op dollars.
- Manage inventory updates (part number changes, dropped products).
- Manage communication of all dates associated with drop ship orders (XF Date, ETD, ETA, and GTM).
- Review all drop ship pricing and order forms.
- Upload drop ship orders into NetSuite.
- Communicate drop ship and USA order confirmations with international customers.
- Communicate Bike and Moto collection booking information.
- Maintain detailed records on all international customers.
- Coordinate shipping instructions with international distributors.
- Provide logistics team with distributor shipping information.
Qualifications Required:
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of prior customer service and sales operations experience.
- Must be detailed oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS and Power Point.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different situations and personalities.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

- Designing and producing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork.
- Create digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork. Acceptable to use applications or programs such as Canva, Snappa, Pixlr, Glorify, GIMP, Placeit, Abyssale, etc.
- Create email designs in Klavio.
- Design and develop homepages and landing pages with hero design for web animations.
- Present design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
- Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
- Work with the ecommerce team to oversee the smooth implementation of newest content.
- Provide guidance on technicalities in relation to aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
