As a Retail Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing the success of the store. Position Overview:

Duties & Responsibilities (Include But Are Not Limited To):

  • Providing an outstanding shopping experience and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Educating customers about the Troy Lee Designs product line, brand, and history.
  • Understanding of all store operational tasks.
  • Stay up to date with brand and product knowledge, company communications, company information, sales, and company-wide events to keep customers informed.
  • Open and close store based on store schedule.
  • Maintain store aesthetics by keeping the store clean, stocking, and organizing.
  • Process retail transactions using NetSuite POS/ERP accounting software system.
  • Process end of day paperwork.
  • Achieve daily sales objectives.

  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.

Physical Demands/Environment:

  • Sitting/standing (8) hours per day using full range of physical motions associated with general labor work throughout the workday.

Digital Print/Custom Jersey Specialist

Troy Lee Designs, the world’s leading aspirational brand of Bicycle and Motocross helmets and apparel, is looking for a Digital Print/Custom Jersey Specialist to join our team. The Digital Print/Custom Jersey Specialist will be responsible for creating quality digital prints, graphics, and custom jerseys for athletes and retail customers for the TLD Paint Department. The role will report to the Paint Department Manager and will work within established brand guidelines and develop materials that support multiple channels to meet deadlines on multiple projects.

Duties & Responsibilities (Include But Are Not Limited To):
  • Work cross functionally with multiple departments to prep print orders.
  • Proof and file preparation: ensure print files for production are properly built and work with specified parameters per customer request, on a per-project basis.
  • Review all projects, ensuring the proper placement, sizing, grammar, and typography.
  • Process artwork files using Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
  • Send print jobs to Roland Plotter/printing on color print heat transfer paper.
  • “Weed-out” printed paper to get name and number logos ready for heat pressing onto customer jerseys.
  • Press name and number logos onto Jersey’s using heat press machine.
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets for all orders coming in and going out each day.
  • Produce monthly reports in Excel.
  • Maintain printer and supplies as need for the print room.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field, and/or equivalent years of experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail, well organized, and calendar driven.
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Ability and willingness to follow direction and be a team player.
  • Ability to work independently as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Knowledge or experience in the action sports industry a plus.

Physical Demands/Envirment:

TLDX Shark Lead Designer

  • Bring to market innovative design concepts that allow TLD X SHARK to be a leader in graphic and aesthetic innovation.
  • Collaborate with TLD Design teams within all categories to ensure brand alignment, authenticity, and market relevant design direction for all categories.
  • Communicate and partner with Shark product design teams to ensure graphic direction is applicable and executable for commercialization.
  • Primary lead with execution of Graphic Technical Packages and ensure packages are completed to meet product quality requirements, calendar milestones, and product objectives.
  • Provide graphic needs for trims, packaging, and all related materials that accompany helmet product line requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of design related experience.
  • Strong graphic design & color sense.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Able to accurately generate technical documentation.
  • Ability to use discretion and independent judgment to meet objectives within set timelines.
  • In depth knowledge of product construction, manufacturing, product specification, and packaging.
  • Proficient in producing complete tech packs in Illustrator format.
  • Knowledge of apparel product development procedures and industry standards.
  • Must be skilled on a Mac platform with Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a variety of teams.

  • Complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, pull, scan, pack, process, ship).
