Professional motocross is arguably the most physically demanding sport in the world. In our opinion, the world's fastest athletes race aboard GASGAS factory bikes. Backed by the support of Red Bull and other key sponsors, the Troy Lee Designs / GASGAS team competes in 450 SX and both the SX West & SX East 250 series and the Lucas Oil Outdoor Motocross Championships.

RACING IS OUR CORE

Perhaps no sport requires a level of perseverance, mental preparedness, pure brute fitness, and support system than that of professional motocross. For Troy Lee Designs, the sum of those factors is passion; a desire for speed and victory that is the reason we race.

At the heart of any victorious endeavor lies its foundation. For Troy Lee, that foundation is steeped in both his love for art and the thrill of speed. Racing is embedded in Troy's veins — his unmatched passion for motorsports and creativity sets him apart.

Fueled by unwavering enthusiasm and desire to transcend art and racing into community, Troy turned his dream of owning a race team into a reality. From triumphs in Championship-winning Supermoto teams to X Games gold, the Troy Lee Designs Supercross and Motocross team emerged in 2008. Today, a TLD partnership with Red Bull has formed the official home of the GasGas Factory supercross and motocross racing efforts in the United States — the Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GasGas Factory Team.

As this new chapter unfolds, the collective winning spirit and determination of the entire team will propel us to the podium and inevitably, Championships.

FORGING A COMMUNITY

The world’s fastest racers train extensively in their quests to battle for championships, but they aren’t alone in their dedication and preparation. A vast amount of work occurs behind the scenes within a team competing at the pinnacle of its sport. From mechanics and logistics to sponsors and relationships, it takes a community to reach each step of the podium.

At every supercross and motocross race, the Troy Lee Designs /Red Bull/GasGas Factory Team’s pit presence is top-notch, featuring a semi-rig and hospitality tent playing host to not just the athletes but crew members, sponsors, and family, forming a formidable force of supporters for the championship contenders. The sprawling pit presence also welcomes thousands of spectators attending the race, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the exhaustive preparation of the team as excitement builds to the gate drop.

2024 CHAMPIONSHIP PURSUIT

For 2024, the Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GasGas team will compete in the 250 East and West Supercross Series, the 450 Supercross Series, and the Pro Motocross Championship. Two-time 250 Supercross Champion Justin Barcia embodies the spirit of championship pursuit and returns to the team for his third season in the 450 class alongside Pierce Brown, a rising 250 class star with boundless potential.

2024 also welcomes Ryder DiFrancesco injecting his impressive young-gun talent and style into the squad, poised to make a lasting mark in the 250 class. Supported by a crew of professional mechanics, staff, and steadfast sponsors, the 2024 Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GasGas Factory Team is geared up to fiercely contend for the podium.
